Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and conditions under which you may use the DLV Crypto platform, including the Telegram bot, channels, website, and any related services (the "Service").

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

Viewing and consuming market data, whale alerts, news, and analysis.
Using the FOMO calculator and other educational tools for personal purposes.
Sharing individual posts from DLV channels with proper attribution.
Accessing affiliate partner platforms through provided links.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

Scraping and Automation: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal bot interaction.
Redistribution: Systematically copy, republish, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Impersonation: Impersonate DLV Crypto, its team, or any other user.
Abuse: Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team.
Spam: Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or promotions.
Manipulation: Attempt to manipulate the Service, its data, or its outputs for fraudulent purposes.
Illegal Activity: Use the Service in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion.
Interference: Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the infrastructure of the Service.
Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
Malware: Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

4. Content Standards

If the Service includes any user-generated content features (such as bot feedback), content must not:

Contain hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Include personal information of third parties without their consent.
Promote scams, pump-and-dump schemes, or fraudulent tokens.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in:

Warning
Temporary suspension of access
Permanent ban from the Service
Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable

We reserve the right to take enforcement action at our sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@dlv.do or through our Telegram bot.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
